Ronny Agyei Yeboah
(MSc, University of Freiburg)

A trained environmental sustainability and governance expert from the University of Freiburg’s Faculty of Environment and Natural Resources (Germany).

He has a wide range of practical experiences in sustainable mining and community development. By leading and supporting implementation of projects by international agencies such as the GIZ and The Pollination Project (TPP), he has delivered sustainability services in Amansie West District in the Ashanti Region, Atiwa District, Brim Central Municipality of the Eastern Region and many other communities of Ghana.

In addition, Ronny has distinctive skills and extensive experiences in empirical social science research from his previous positions as a Research Assistant at the University of Ghana’s Department of Political Science, Head of Research at Research Blog Consultancy, and a Data Analysist at Dal Consulting Ltd.

Ronny has advanced skills in survey design, field data collection, data analysis, and skill training and capacity building. He is also skilled in the application of useful software such as SPSS, STATA, and GIS. These skills, experiences and interests are what he brings into our team to serve our cherished client is the most satisfying way.

Hudu Banikoi
(MSc, University of Freiburg)

Dynamic and result-oriented professional with substantial research and working experience in sub-Saharan Africa, South and Southeast Asia.

His research and consultancy activities over the years have focused on land and natural resources governance; biodiversity conservation and
societal relations; sustainability assessments, governance and management; and forest and forest products governance.

He recently consulted for the International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development
(ICIMOD), Nepal, on sustainability of forest products value chains in Myanmar, Southeast Asia. He also conducted a sustainability assessment of society-wildlife conflicts mitigation measures for a GIZ/ICIMOD REDD+ Himalaya project in Nepal, South Asia in 2016.

His previous works also include a land consultation for the Africa Agriculture Development Company (AgDevCo) in to implement a large-scale irrigation agriculture project in Northern
Ghana.

Hudu has his academic training in Environmental Governance and Land Economy from the University of Freiburg, Germany and the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Ghana respectively. He is also a Fellow of the African Good Governance Network (AGGN) and a member of Young Professionals for Agricultural Development (YPARD).

Godfred Irabayi Bayee
(B.A Economics, KNUST)

A Data Professional experienced in handling large volumes of data across various formats.

Proficient in cutting-edge data engineering, machine learning, business intelligence and data analytics techniques, extracting valuable insights to support data-driven decision-making and actionable business strategies.

Proficient in the following programming languages; Python, Excel VBA, SQL and DAX, utilizing them for efficient data processing, modeling, and visualization. Expertise in developing scalable data pipelines, implementing transformations, and integrating diverse data sources for seamless workflows.

Sylvester Asare
(MPhil, Conflict, Human Rights, and Peace Studies, MA, Archival Studies)

Sylvester Asare graduated from the University of Ghana with BA (Hons) in Information Studies.

He holds a Master of Philosophy in Conflict, Human Rights, and Peace Studies from the University of Education, Winneba, and a Master of Arts in Information Studies from the University of Ghana, Legon.

Since 2009, he engages in social science research in security, business, health, and justice administration, working with senior academic researchers and development agencies such as Dal Consulting Limited and GIZ-Ghana.

He has consulted for several academic researches and served as a graduate teaching assistant at different times in
several universities. His research area of specialization and research interest is security, justice and law enforcement.

Anthony Travor Watson

With over three decades of dedicated experience as a senior Medical Training Officer in Pathology, I have cultivated an extensive background in both clinical practice and groundbreaking research.

My expertise spans laboratory management, research in assisted reproduction techniques, and external examination of medical education institutions. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, research innovation, and a commitment to advancing medical science.

Professional Experience:

Medical Training Officer (Pathology): Over the course of 30 years, I have held the position of a senior Medical Training Officer, playing a pivotal role in shaping the training and development of medical professionals. My deep understanding of Pathology has contributed to the education of countless individuals, equipping them with the necessary skills to excel in their medical careers.

Laboratory Management:

With more than two decades of experience in laboratory management, I have overseen the operations of diverse clinical and administrative teams, comprising over 70 staff members. My leadership style emphasizes efficiency, collaboration, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.

Research in Assisted Reproduction and IVF:

My research pursuits have centered around assisted reproductive techniques, particularly in the field of in vitro fertilization (IVF). I have contributed to the development and implementation of cutting-edge laboratory methods that have revolutionized fertility treatments. Notably, my work in introducing the Troponin I diagnostic method for rapid heart attack detection underscores my commitment to applying scientific advancements in real-world medical scenarios.

Accomplishments:

Innovative Laboratory Methods: I am credited with establishing novel laboratory methods such as the Troponin I test, which enables the rapid diagnosis of heart attacks within minutes. This breakthrough has significantly impacted patient outcomes and transformed the landscape of cardiac care.

External Examiner and Educator: I have served as an external examiner for prestigious London universities and medical schools. This role has allowed me to contribute to maintaining and elevating the standards of medical education while staying abreast of the latest advancements in the field.

Authorship and “The Central Column”: My contributions to the medical community extend beyond my direct roles. I am recognized for my publications and involvement in the “The Central Column,” a platform that disseminates valuable insights and research findings to fellow medical professionals
